The campfire rides are approximately 2 hours long. They include a 1/2 hour or so ride through the farm on a horse-drawn wagon or sleigh to a bonfire area. You are welcome to bring food / drink out to the fire with you as long as you can carry it on to and off of the wagon. We do have picnic tables at the campfire areas. You and your party will spend about an hour out at the fire and then have another 1/2 or so ride back to the parking area. Due to Covid-19 restrictions in MA,**BY SCHEDULING A RESERVATION THE HOST AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING:
COVID-19 RELEASE
1. Krochmal Farm is following CDC and MA DHHS recommended guidelines related to COVID-19. By executing this waiver, you acknowledge that:
a. I and my invitees will comply with all procedures established by Krochmal Farm to reduce the spread while participating in activities at Krochmal Farm.
b. I and my invitees understand that Krochmal Farm cannot guarantee that Participants will not be exposed while participating in our activities. We assume the risk of being exposed as a result the actions, omissions or negligence of myself and others, including other Participants at Krochmal Farm.
c. Further, all in our reservation specifically acknowledge that:
i. We are not presently experiencing any symptoms of illness such as cough, fever, chills,
shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, muscle pain, sore throat, or new loss of taste or
smell.
ii. We have not travelled internationally within the last 14 days.
iii. We have not travelled to any area within the United States known to be highly impacted by COVID-19 within the last 14 days.
iv. We have not been in the presence of anyone who has been suspected or confirmed of being infected with COVID-19 within the last 14 days.
v. We have not been suspected of or confirmed with being diagnosed as having COVID-19 within the last 14 days.
d. All provisions of this Release and Waive as set forth above shall apply to any potential exposure to COVID-19 in the same manner and effect as set forth for agritourism and equine activities.
AGRITOURISM RELEASE
We further acknowledge that there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.
